Vision & Values
Purpose-Driven
Men 2 Be Inc. is dedicated to empowering youth and adolescent males to reach their full academic, social, and personal potential by providing the necessary tools for success. Through powerful mentorship, we prepare elementary, middle, and high school-aged boys for meaningful, productive lives.
Future Leaders
We want to inspire young men to be successful physically, mentally, and socially. The rewards gained will be self-confidence, encouragement, and support — along with an immeasurable, life-changing experience that shapes the next generation of change-makers.
Character First
To educate youth about everyday life skills that will improve productivity and influence wise decisions. We aim to provide the necessary tools for young men to become future change-makers, active civic leaders, and productive citizens in their communities.
The Toolbox
Six pillars every young man in our program lives and grows by. These aren’t just words — they’re the foundation of a life well built.
Wisdom
Quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment. The quality of being wise — learning from life, not just living it.
Delivery
It’s not what you say, but how you say it. Effective communication is the bridge between potential and achievement.
Respect
Have due regard for the feelings, rights, or traditions of others — and for yourself. Respect is earned and returned.
Integrity
The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles — doing what is right even when no one is watching.
Honesty
The quality of being truthful and transparent. Real strength begins with telling the truth — to others and to yourself.
Responsibility
A moral obligation to behave correctly toward or in respect of others. Own your actions, your choices, your future.
Who Is Men 2 Be?
Men 2 Be Inc. is a 501C3-approved, nonprofit organization designed to help boys between the ages of 7–18 reach their academic and professional goals.
We aim to provide the necessary tools for young men to become future change-makers, active civic leaders, and productive citizens. But we cannot do this alone — it takes the support and dedication of parents, guardians, mentors, and community.
When you see a child’s shoe untied, do you let him fall — or do you help him tie it and explain why? Men 2 Be is that hand reaching down. Providing the tools to keep our young men from falling, and the support to lift them when they do.
